WachterEngel's Tinker
Female, d.o.b. April 4, 2009

Tinker is one of the most intelligent puppies we have ever had the pleasure of raising. She has a wonderful affectionate demeanor, yet she is fearless. She is totally housebroken, crate trained and has had her basic obedience training. She gets along well with other animals and people. We highly recommend Tinker as a medical assistance dog, family companion or competition dog. She is eager to please and would make a calm, but very responsive companion. She has an excellent temperament to train to work with the autistic, someone with high anxiety issues or someone physically challenged and she absolutely loves children! She is not over size, so she would be very easy to travel with. Tinker is $3000.
Further training is available.
We are happy to provide the necessary paperwork for those applying for grants.

Sally Found a Forever Family
Female, DOB: 9-10-09 (approximately)
Dumped and starving, Sally (as she is fondly referred to now) sat down in the middle of the road in front of our farm and started howling. Our horses all went to the fence to see what the problem was and that's when we saw her. Thin, scared and tired, little Sally came racing to us as soon as she saw us knowing that she had come to the right place. Even though she doesn't look much like a German Shepherd, she won our heart with her affection and enthusiasm for life. We expect Sally is a lab mix that will be about 40 pounds full grown. She is fearless (learned that from our German Shepherds right away no doubt), loves other animals and lives to please and entertain people. As you can see, after having Sally a few short weeks, she has filled out nicely. She has had her first vaccination and been dewormed. I would highly recommend Sally in a family environment, particularly someone interested in training her in agility. She is extremely athletic and quick as lightning! Sally is free to an approved home only.

2 year-old neutered male
Carol:
Just wanted to let you know that Sarg is doing fine. He was rather nervous and anxious after you all left, but after sniffing and exploring his new environment he settled down. He even took a nap with us. We walked down and got the mail just like ole buddies.
I'm not sure about the crate, when we went to bed he crawled right up between us. He probably was tired and slept the whole night, as he spent the whole day sniffing, helping us cook supper, and playing with all the toys we had.
This morning we went out, ate breakfast and then went for a 2 mile walk, he was great. We only stayed on our road as when we got to the main road the cars seem to distract him, so don't think he is ready for traffic. He is a great dog, he's laying here watching me type this e-mail.
Things are good.

P.S. Sarge says to send the 4 wheeler.

A note from his new owners:
Hi guys,
We made back to Davie, Brax was wonderful, we stopped along the way, and he did what he had to do, gave him some water, and drove another 2 hrs back home.
Once home it was so easy to make him go outside, he's a real joy to our family. Even our cat George is slowly trying to warm up to him.
Thank you so much, he's great and he already stole our hearts. We'll keep you posted on his progress as well as sending you some pictures of him.
Again thank you, we feel that he is 100% right for our family.

Bandy is a gorgeous bi-color female. She is crate trained and sleeping through the night. She is learning to ring a bell to go outside and is about 98% potty trained. Her house manners and people etiquette are improving daily. She has just started basic on lead obedience commands and should be doing heel and sit, sit and down stay and recall by the end of the month. Bandy is very sweet and gets along well with other animals. Bandy is $2500, which includes completing her basic training, a free six week obedience course for her and her new family so they can continue to enrich her mind, current on her shots and a written guarantee against illness and hereditary defects.
